Exchanges and Returns

At Tantū Caqui, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If necessary, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
• With the original labels
• In the original packaging

Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.

How to proceed

To request an exchange, please email lojaonline@tantucaqui.com with your purchase details and the reason for the exchange or return.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Postage costs

Shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of a fault or error in the dispatch of the order.

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via lojaonline@tantucaqui.com, with photographs of the product and the packaging.
