Terms and Conditions

At Tantū Caqui, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If necessary, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to request

Send an email to lojaonline@tantucaqui.com with:

• Name
• Telephone number
• Invoice number and date
• Reason for exchange/return

In the case of an exchange, please also provide the delivery address.

Payments made via MB WAY or Multibanco must include an IBAN for a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

including photographs of the item and the packaging.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of a fault or error in the delivery.

Items not eligible for return:

• Items on sale
• Gift cards

Refunds

Following inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed via the same payment method within a maximum of 10 working days.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Union legislation, you may cancel or return your order up to 14 days after receipt, without needing to provide a reason.
